  • Butter
  • Red chili flakes or fresh chili
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Lemon or calamansi (optional, for serving)

Procedure

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Sauté garlic until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Season with chili flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss well until shrimp are coated and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon or calamansi on the side.
  7. Best enjoyed hot with bread or rice.
