Ingredients:

  • 1–2 fresh eggs
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil or butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Heat Pan

  1. Place a non‑stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil or butter and let it heat up.

Step 2: Cook Egg

  1. Crack egg gently into the pan.
  2. Let it cook undisturbed until whites are set but yolk remains runny (about 2–3 minutes).

Step 3: Season

  1. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Serve

  • Slide egg carefully onto a plate.
  • Pair with garlic fried rice (sinangag) and tapa, longganisa, or tocino for a full silog meal.
