Ingredients:

For the Fish Fillet

  • White fish fillets (cream dory, tilapia, or bangus belly)
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Calamansi or lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
  • All‑purpose flour
  • Eggs, beaten
  • Breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • Oil for deep‑frying (or spray oil for air‑frying)

For the Mayo Garlic Dip

  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic, minced (or roasted for milder flavor)
  • Calamansi or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish

  3. Cook the Fish: Deep‑Fry Method:
