Ingredients:
- Instant coffee (or 2 cups brewed coffee)
- Unflavored gelatin powder
- Water
- Sugar (adjust to taste)
- Condensed milk
- All‑purpose cream (or heavy cream)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Step 1: Make Coffee Gelatin
- Dissolve gelatin powder in 4 cups water in a saucepan.
- Add instant coffee and sugar, stir until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour into a rectangular dish and let it set in the refrigerator (about 2 hours).
Step 2: Cut Gelatin
- Once firm, cut coffee gelatin into small cubes.
- Transfer cubes into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Prepare Cream Mixture
- In another bowl, combine condensed milk and all‑purpose cream.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine and Chill
- Pour cream mixture over coffee jelly cubes.
- Mix gently until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 5: Serve
- Scoop into cups or bowls.
- Optionally add ice cubes for extra chill.
