Procedure

  1. Prepare pandan-flavored gelatin according to package instructions, let it set, then cut into cubes.
  2. Combine gelatin cubes, young coconut strips, and optional kaong or nata de coco in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in all-purpose cream and condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
  4. Adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
