Procedure
- Prepare pandan-flavored gelatin according to package instructions, let it set, then cut into cubes.
- Combine gelatin cubes, young coconut strips, and optional kaong or nata de coco in a large bowl.
- Pour in all-purpose cream and condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
- Adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
