Ingredients
- Beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into cubes
- Garlic, minced
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil or cooking oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red chili flakes (optional, for spice)
Procedure
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until golden brown, then set aside.
- Add beef cubes and sear quickly over high heat until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stir to coat the beef.
- Add butter and toss until sauce thickens and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Return garlic to the pan and mix well.
- Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired.
