Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add beef chunks and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and water or broth, then simmer until beef is tender.
  4. Stir in liver spread to enrich the sauce.
  5. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until softened.
