Ingredients:

  • Fresh buko (young coconut) strips
  • Fruit cocktail, drained
  • Nata de coco (coconut gel), drained
  • Kaong (sugar palm fruit), drained
  • Condensed milk
  • All‑purpose cream (or heavy cream)
  • Shredded cheese (optional, for a sweet‑savory twist)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, nata de coco, and kaong to avoid excess liquid.
  2. Place buko strips in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Make Dressing

  1. In another bowl, combine condensed milk and all‑purpose cream.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Combine

  1. Add fruit cocktail, nata de coco, kaong, and buko strips into the dressing.
  2. Mix gently until evenly coated.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Optionally add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
