Ingredients:
- Bihon rice noodles (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
- Chicken breast or pork, sliced thinly
- Cooking oil
- Garlic, minced
- Onion, sliced
- Carrot, julienned
- Cabbage, shredded
- Green beans or snow peas
- Bell pepper, sliced
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce (optional, for depth)
- Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Calamansi or lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Protein
- Heat oil in a wok or pan.
- Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add chicken or pork and cook until lightly browned.
Step 2: Add Vegetables
- Toss in carrots, beans, and bell pepper.
- Stir‑fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cabbage last to keep it crisp.
Step 3: Cook Noodles
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Add soaked bihon noodles.
- Stir continuously until noodles absorb liquid and turn tender (about 5 minutes).
Step 4: Season and Serve
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
- Garnish with calamansi or lemon wedges.
