Refund and Returns Policy

At MCT Kitchen, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality meals and services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

🛒 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement provided they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels.

🍽️ Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared food), we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or adjustment.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where:
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The order was not fulfilled.
    • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong viand, dessert, or meal set, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
